Worked alongside the promoter to develop schedules and production documents for the festival (initially two separate dates in two cities, developing into larger scale single date event). Dealt with all aspects of the advancing for artists, managing a team of local volunteers and provided advice on scheduling for the shows and backstage hospitality allocation.
